The British Horseracing Authority (BHA) has today announced that an additional jump fixture will take place at Southwell on Tuesday 4 August. 

This follow requests from trainers for additional opportunities for lower rated horses due to the high elimination rates at present.

The fixture will be a eight-race card with the ability to divide to nine races if required, with the first race at 4.20pm.
Entries will close tomorrow, Friday 31 July at 12 noon with declarations at the 48-hour stage on Sunday 2 August. Race conditions, times and further fixture information will be available via the Racing Admin site www2.racingadmin.co.uk shortly.
