NEW BROCHURE TO PROMOTE BRITISH RACING OVERSEAS

“A new generic brochure entitled “”British Racing and Breeding – A World Class Industry””. was launched today to help promote the profile and public image of the industry overseas.
The brochure has been produced as part of the joint international marketing initiative between the British Horseracing Board (BHB), Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association, Federation of Bloodstock Agents (GB) Ltd, Doncaster Bloodstock Sales and Tattersalls.
This visual and colourful introduction to the British Racing and Breeding Industry, covers areas such as the history of racing, trainers and training facilities, ownership, racecourses, major race dates, jockeys, studs and sales.
It aims to illustrate the appeal of the industry to an international audience, to ultimately encourage new people based abroad to participate in ownership, race-going and to purchase bloodstock within Britain.
“”British Racing and Breeding – A World Class Industry”” will be available free of charge in response to overseas enquiries generated as a result of various promotions abroad. It will compliment the quarterly bulletin “”The British Thoroughbred”” already sent to nearly 2,500 overseas contacts who have previously expressed an interest in British racing and breeding.
