The BHA has today confirmed that Tuesday’s seven-race Jumps fixture at Southwell will be staged earlier in the day due to the forecast high temperatures.
With temperatures forecast to peak later in the afternoon, racing will now begin at 10.00, three hours earlier than the originally scheduled 1.00 start. The final race, a National Hunt Flat race, will take place at 1.05 instead of 4.25 as was originally planned.
Tuesday’s fixture at Musselburgh will go ahead as planned, while the meeting at Chelmsford will begin at 6.15, with Wolverhampton starting at 6.25. Similarly, Monday’s fixture at Windsor will begin at 5.55.
