The British Horseracing Authority has recently consulted with stakeholder groups regarding the proposed data extraction project, and  are now looking to obtain the views of the public through the below survey.

The project aims to introduce mandatory data extraction from electronic communication devices, e.g. a mobile phone, used by participants bound by the Rules of Racing where there is enough evidence that the Rules might have been breached.

The survey comprises of 4 short questions and all submissions are anonymous.
