published today, states:

“”We are committed to sell the Tote to a racing
trust to allow it to compete commercially, with
all long-term profits invested in the sport.””

re-affirmation of the commitment to sell the
Tote to a Racing Trust. We shall continue to
press for early legislation to enable the Tote to
be secured for Racing and the levy to be
abolished.””
