The Disciplinary Panel hearing regarding registered owner Neil Clement, licensed jockey Eddie Ahern, licensed person James Clutterbuck and two unlicensed individuals – Paul Hill and Martin Raymond – has now concluded.

The Panel will now retire to consider all of the submissions before publishing a result with written reasons in due course. It is not possible to specify when this will be, but it will not be before the end of the week.

Should any individuals be found in breach of the Rules a hearing regarding penalties would subsequently be arranged.

The BHA will make no further comment at this time.
