The previously Disciplinary Panel hearing regarding registered owner James Babbs and unlicensed individual John Celaschi which commenced on Tuesday 12th February 2013 will resume at 9am on Monday 25th February.

The hearing is expected to conclude on this day, however it is not possible to predict whether the result will be announced on the day or whether the Panel will require further time to deliberate.
