The Disciplinary Panel of the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) will hold an enquiry on 3 April 2014 to determine whether Carl Llewellyn, a registered individual, has acted in breach of the following Rule of Racing:
- Is Mr Carl Llewellyn in breach of Rule (A)30 of the Rules of Racing by virtue of the fact that his comments made at “The Hollow Bottom” pub on Monday 10 March 2014 were prejudicial to the good reputation of horseracing in Great Britain?
