The Disciplinary Panel of BHA will hold an enquiry on 23 January 2013 to determine whether Joanne Murphy, a registered owner, has acted in breach of the following Rule of Racing:

1. Is Ms Murphy in breach of Rule (A) 31.2 in that she deliberately misled investigating officers?
