The Appeal Board will convene on Wednesday 30 March 2022 to hear an Appeal brought by Robbie Dunne against the findings of and penalty imposed by the independent Disciplinary Panel of the British Horseracing Authority following a hearing last year.
In December 2021, the Disciplinary Panel imposed a suspension of 18 months, with three months suspended. The full written reasons can be found here.

1. The Panel for the Appeal will be: Anthony Boswood QC, Lord Rathcreedan and Jeremy Philips.
2. The Appeal will be held in person at the head offices of the British Horseracing Authority. To ensure a safe environment for all attendees due to limited space in the enquiry room, and fairness in terms of access, media attendance will be via Zoom only. Those media members wishing to attend the hearing virtually should express a desire to do so in writing to Mark Scully on [email protected] by no later than Monday 21 March 2022.
