Anthony Knott/Keiran Burke
The previously publicised hearing involving registered owner Anthony Knott and licensed trainer Keiran Burke has been scheduled for Friday 26th April 2013 at 10:30am.
This was the only date in the near future on which the counsel for all parties was available.
The Panel for the hearing will be Tim Charlton QC (Chair), Didi Powles and Hopper Cavendish.
Anthony Knott will be represented by Nick De Marco. Keiran Burke will be represented by Rory Mac Neice. The BHA will be represented by Louis Weston.

Colin Tizzard
The Disciplinary Panel of the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) will hold an enquiry on Thursday 25th April 2013 to determine whether licensed trainer Colin Tizzard is in breach of the following Rules of Racing:
1) Is Mr Colin Tizzard in breach of the Rule (C)53 of the Rules of Racing by virtue of the fact that prohibited substance Procaine was found in a urine sample taken from VIRGINIA ASH(IRE), after it had run in The Bath Ales Barnsey Novices Handicap Hurdle Race (Class 4) at Chepstow on 23rd February 2013?
2) Should VIRGINIA ASH(IRE) be disqualified pursuant to Rule (A)74.2 Ground 3 of the Rules of Racing?
