FUTURE COUP
NOTTINGHAM RACECOURSE AND CONFERENCE CENTRE SELLING HANDICAP – NOTTINGHAM, 25TH SEPTEMBER 1999
The Horseracing Forensic Laboratory has reported that the analysis of the urine taken from FUTURE COUP (USA), trained by Willie Haggas, at Nottingham on 25th September 1999, has confirmed the presence of phenylbutazone and oxyphenbutazone, which are prohibited substances. This finding has been confirmed by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Laboratory, who performed the counter analysis.
An enquiry will be held by the Jockey Club`s Disciplinary Committee in due course.
DANGEROUS FORTUNE (USA)
CARBINE CLUB OF LONDON MAIDEN STAKES – ASCOT, 8TH AUGUST 1999
The Horseracing Forensic Laboratory has reported that the analysis of the urine taken from DANGEROUS FORTUNE (USA), trained by John Hills, at Ascot on 8th August 1999, has confirmed the presence of flunixin, which is a prohibited substance. This finding has been confirmed by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Laboratory, who performed the counter analysis.
An enquiry will be held by the Jockey Club’s Disciplinary Committee in due course.
EN-JAY-BEE (IRE)
HEALTH SCHEME SELLING HANDICAP HURDLE –
MARKET RASEN, 23RD OCTOBER 1999
The Horseracing Forensic Laboratory has reported that the analysis of the urine taken from EN-JAY-BEE (IRE), trained by Mary Reveley, at Market Rasen on 23rd October 1999, has confirmed the presence of procaine, which is a prohibited substance. This finding has been confirmed by the Australian Racing Laboratory in Flemington, who performed the counter analysis.
An enquiry will be held by the Jockey Club’s Disciplinary Committee in due course.
SEREN HILL
AKZO NOBEL PREMIER HANDICAP – HAYDOCK, 25TH SEPTEMBER 1999
The Horseracing Forensic Laboratory has reported that the analysis of the urine taken from SEREN HILL, trained by Gerard Butler, at Haydock on 25th September 1999, has confirmed the presence of flunixin, which is a prohibited substance. This finding has been confirmed by the German Racing Laboratory in Cologne, who performed the counter analysis.
An enquiry will be held by the Jockey Club`s Disciplinary Committee in due course.
DANGER BABY
SKYRAM HANDICAP – CATTERICK, 18TH SEPTEMBER 1999
The Horseracing Forensic Laboratory has reported that the analysis of the urine taken from DANGER BABY, trained by Peter Bowen, at Catterick on 18th September 1999, has confirmed the presence of phenylbutazone and oxyphenbutazone, which are prohibited substances. This finding has been confirmed by the Australian Laboratory in Flemington, who performed the counter analysis.
An enquiry will be held by the Jockey Club’s Disciplinary Committee in due course.
DIAMOND WHITE
GRANGEWOOD SEVERALS STAKES – NEWMARKET, 14TH OCTOBER 1999
The Horseracing Forensic Laboratory has reported that the analysis of the urine taken from DIAMOND WHITE, trained by Mick Ryan, at Newmarket on 14th October 1999, has confirmed the presence of phenylbutazone and oxyphenbutazone, which are prohibited substances. This finding has been confirmed by the French Racing Laboratory in Paris, who performed the counter analysis.
