• The Lady Protectress Mares’ Chase (Listed Race) will be run as part of Warwick’s card next Wednesday 3 February

The British Horseracing Authority (BHA) has today confirmed that the Lady Protectress Mares’ Chase, a Listed Race over two miles and four furlongs, will be run at Warwick next Wednesday. This follows the cancellation of Huntingdon’s meeting on Friday 29 January due to flooding.

The race will close along with the remainder of Warwick’s fixture today, Thursday 28 January, with declarations at the 48-hour stage as normal.
