JOCKEY CLUB SECURE PERMANENT INJUNCTION ON ROGER BUFFHAM
The High Court hearing scheduled to take place today did not go ahead after it was confirmed to the Jockey Club that Roger Buffham would not be contesting the injunction placed on him at the High Court last week. This means that the court order obtained by the Jockey Club will be in effect permanently. Roger Buffham has also agreed to make a significant contribution to the costs of the Jockey Club incurred by the proceedings.
