An intensive period of negotiations has taken place over recent days involving the key principals and advisors of both BHB and Go Racing.

BHB advisors have agreed, subject to Board approval, revised key commercial terms for the data licences sought by Go Racing. The advisors are able to recommend the terms and conditions to be set out in the data licences to enable the Board to consider the grant of a data licence by BHB to Go Racing.

It is therefore BHB’s intention to call a Board meeting for Thursday evening after racing at Ascot, at which it will consider these detailed recommendations.

Certain matters affected by these negotiations are subject to further discussions with the Racecourse Association (RCA) and the Racehorse Owners Association (ROA). These discussions will be initiated immediately.
