The British Horseracing Authority has today announced that Tim Naylor has been appointed as the new Director of Integrity and Regulation.

The role will be responsible for managing the BHA’s integrity, disciplinary and compliance functions with oversight of  licensing, monitoring and investigation as well as the case management of matters which go before the independent Judicial Panel.

Tim joined the BHA permanently as Head of Regulation in March 2017, having previously held that position in an interim basis. Prior to that he was a Barrister at QEB Hollis Whiteman Chambers in London, where he was instructed by the BHA on a number of Disciplinary Panel  and Licensing Committee cases from 2013 onwards.

Tim has already begun his role as Director of Integrity and Regulation, joining the BHA’s Executive team and reporting into Chief Regulatory Officer Brant Dunshea.
